You'll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities:

--- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
--- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
--- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
--- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
--- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads


Qualifications:

--- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
--- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
--- Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
--- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
--- 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience
--- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
--- Willing to commit time to make yourself the best agent possible
--- Able to be held accountable and follow up with all leads
--- Cell phone and laptop computer needed
--- Ability to communicate effectively
--- Self-motivated
--- Full-time real estate agents: 40+ Hours a week
--- Utilize and maintain your CRM
--- Superb communication with team lead, cooperative agents, support staff, and clients
--- Ability to work in a team atmosphere
--- Be coachable
--- Be accountable
