Job Description:
A company is looking for a National Sales Account Executive to
drive business growth through employee engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads through various outreach methods
Conduct product demonstrations and engage in consultative selling
to tailor solutions for clients
Manage sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with
internal teams to meet sales targets
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in technology/SaaS sales, preferably in the
HR tech space
Bachelor's degree
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals
Experience selling to C-suite executives
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
